In addition to these volume discounts, hearing aid manufacturers including Siemens, Phonak, Unitron, Bernafon, Resound and Sonic Innovations offer the Sonus Solution three-year warranty and service package that offers choice and flexibility to the provider as well as the customer. This national service package creates customer for life, brings new patients in the door and brands services instead of products.

Sonus Solution packages

Sonus was the first hearing-care company to offer a worry-free solution package, which included the hearing instruments, maintenance services, guaranteed satisfaction and a comprehensive warranty.

Each package contains two private-label hearing instruments (from a selection of manufacturers), featuring tiered levels of digital technology and bundled extras, such as an evaluation period, batteries and loss and damage coverage. VIP extras include:
1. free hearing-aid checks
2. rush repairs
3. unlimited office visits
4. hearing-aid cleanings/adjustments.
